| ADMISSIONS : Admissions Procedures |
- All
applications, along with a
$100 non-refundable fee, must
be received by February
15, 2008. Applications
received after the deadline
will be considered as they
are received.
- Middle/Upper
School applicants are required
to submit a Student Application
by February 15, 2008.
The application must be completed
by the student in his/her
own handwriting.
- Complete
the parent’s portion
of the relevant Teacher
Evaluation Form and Transcript
Release Form for
your child and give to your
child’s current school
for release no earlier than
January 1, 2008. The Admissions
Office must receive these
records by March 1,
2008. (Grades 5th
- 10th - Each applicant is
required to submit two Teacher
Evaluations, one from the
english/language arts teacher
and one from the math teacher,
as well as the Principal/Counselor
evaluation form. Additional
evaluations are optional.)
- Complete
the required testing and request
that results be sent directly
to the Admissions Office by
March 1, 2008.
Applicable testing information
is available from the Admissions
Office.
- Submit
a copy of your child’s
Certificate of Immunization
(Form 3231 provided by your
child’s physician)
to the Admissions Office
by March 1, 2008.
- Group Observations and Interviews will be scheduled during the months of January and February. You will be notified of the date and time by the Admissions Office.
